the imperative lightness of being

It can be so easy to forget about the fact, that someday, for each of us, all of this will be gone.  It can be easy to take time for granted and plan many wonderful things for ourselves and the ones we care about.  The more exciting life becomes, the easier it is to forget that nothing is guaranteed.

Lately, it’s becoming more and more difficult, for me, to forget about the pulsing juice of every single moment, and the incredible worth and value contained within, and if not perceived, making sure that the next has my awareness of that implied worth and value, because this is the only chance we have.
